Step #1
Mount back plate to a stud with the provided wood screws.

Step #2
The rail riser fits on any standard Picatinny Rail.
Note: You will need a 3/32" Allen wrench to tighten the included set screws.

Caution: If installing on door DO NOT use the supplied 2-inch hex head wood screws as they may damage door.
If attaching to a hollow core door or sheetrock without a stud backing we suggest you use hollow door and drywall anchors as shown. These are available at Home Depot and other hardware stores.
We do not suggest a hollow core door mount or a sheetrock only installation if your primary concern is security. Neither of these will not provide adequate strength to prevent forced removal. However they are both fine for support/storage only applications as is permitted in many states.
